WORK
Working together
I take on a small number of engagements at a time, mostly around building with AI. Here's the shape of it.
Most of my time goes to my own products. The rest I spend with a handful of founders and teams trying to build with AI who want someone that actually ships, not someone who'll hand them a strategy deck and an invoice.
- Advisory
- A regular sounding board for founders making AI-shaped decisions: what to build, what to ignore, and where the technology actually is versus where the noise says it is.
- Build sprints
- I come in and ship something, fast. Fixed scope, a week or two, a working thing at the end. Often a prototype, or the risky part of a product proven out before you commit a team to it.
- Fractional / embedded
- Longer engagements working inside a team as a senior pair of hands, for when the velocity needs to be sustained rather than borrowed for a sprint.
- AI adoption
- For teams that aren’t AI-native yet: getting from "we should be using this" to actually shipping with it. The work is in workflow and proof, not slideware.
I keep the number small so the work stays good. I'd rather say no than half-show up. Not the right fit: anyone after an “AI transformation” that's mostly a slide deck, or a body to burn down a backlog.
If something here fits, tell me what you're working on.
